Funciones
- Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
- Match and place candidates in international job opportunities, primarily in the Netherlands
- Work closely with international partners to develop and implement effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies
Requisitos
- Previous experience in recruitment (minimum of 6 months)
- Fluency in English (required)
- Fluency in Spanish is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and critical thinking
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, organized, and results-oriented
