This department works with tight deadlines to ensure that orders are ready for shipment on time. Thanks to your fast and accurate approach, you ensure that the trucks are loaded on time and leave on time. You mainly work in a cooled +5 degrees environment.
What you will do:
Checking collected products for numbers and quality
Sorting, placing on route and scanning the (fresh) products that came in at night
Compiling and preparing the orders on route and customer
Moving the orders to the correct route
Identifying possible deviations and taking the correct follow-up actions
Transferring valuable orders to the driver using a pocket computer
English level B1
Good physical health
Experience in logistics is an advantage
It is a plus if you have a drivers license
It is a plus if you have your own house
Salary of:
€ 14.76 per hour for 21 year and older (With 1–3 years of relevant experience: €14.99. With 3+ years of relevant experience: €15.21).
€ 13.40 per hour for 20 year
€ 11.99 per hour for 19 year
€ 10.57 per hour for 18 year
In addition:
10.5% holiday allowance
5% average irregulation allowance over all worked hours
Allowances for irregular working hours varying from 25% to 100%.
Depending which shift or location you work, you will receive extra allowance for cold (+ € 0,49) or freezer (+ € 1,19)
You will have a buddy to guide you on the work floor

You will receive work clothing from Sligro (shirt, jumper)
Sligro has well-stocked canteens where lunch is not expensive.

Our selection process:
Application: Apply to the offer/s that suit you. We'll get in contact with you within the next 48h hours to talk about your application. We'll discuss your experience, availability and expectations.
Introduction: Who are you? Who are we? Where will you work..? We'd like to know who you are and to see you in person. We'll have a videocall interview to meet each other and solve all of our questions.
Skills test: If the offer requires it, we'll make a small test for you to prove your skill.
Documents: Once both parts are happy, we'll send you the required documents such as the job offer, contract, terms and conditions. You'll be able to sign these before travelling to The Netherlands.
Transport and housing: If you're coming from abroad, you'll have to organize your trip. If you need housing, we'll organize it for you, including the transport between your job and the house. If you don't have dutch medical insurance, we'll be able to offer it for you. These costs will be deducted directly from your weekly salaries and will show up in your payslip
Starting in your new job: You'll have a job coach who'll answer and solve all your doubts and questions. You'll receive feedback and they'll always be available for you to discuss work related issues. Important: You'll receive your first salary at the end of your second work week, so we strongly recommend bringing some money to pay your essential expenses.
