Application and Initial Contact
Your journey begins by submitting your application via our website or one of our partners. Once we receive your CV, we’ll contact you within a few days. During this initial conversation, we’ll review your availability, experience, and whether you meet the basic requirements, such as speaking English and your willingness to travel to the Netherlands. We’ll also explain the costs of travel and accommodation.

If the first contact is positive, we’ll schedule a video interview. During the interview, you’ll have the chance to introduce yourself, share your work experience and expectations, and learn more about the position you’re applying for. We’ll also discuss practical matters like your driving skills, using a bicycle (important in the Netherlands!), and provide details about the job and housing.

Offer and preparation
After the interview, we’ll let you know as soon as possible if you’ve been selected. If approved, you’ll receive an official offer with all the details about your position, work location, and employment conditions. You’ll also receive all the necessary information regarding your travel and stay, so you’re well-prepared for your move to the Netherlands.

Gathering document
To ensure a smooth departure and start, we’ll ask you to send a few important documents, such as a copy of your ID, driver’s license (if applicable), and your BSN number once you’re in the Netherlands. We also make sure you’re insured and fully informed about your rights and obligations.

Travel and arrival in the Netherlands
Once everything is arranged, we’ll book your trip to the Netherlands and ensure you’re picked up upon arrival. Our driver will take you to your new accommodation, which has been fully arranged for you. We’ll make sure you have everything you need so you can quickly feel at home in your new surroundings.

Starting work
On your first day, you’ll be welcomed by your new team and introduced to the workplace. We stay closely involved and keep in regular contact to ensure everything goes smoothly. Should you have any questions or issues, we’re always here to assist.
